Description
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Brand Manager to spearhead our Frozen portfolio in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role involves owning the brand's vision, strategy, and P&L to drive significant growth and innovation across the GCC. You will act as the consumer champion, translating deep market insights into compelling brand positioning, integrated communication campaigns, and a robust innovation pipeline. This position requires a strategic and commercially astute leader to partner with cross-functional teams, manage agency relationships, and ensure flawless execution in the market. The ideal candidate will build iconic brands, lead a high-performing team, and solidify our market leadership in the fast-growing FMCG sector.
Requirements
1. Must be a Saudi National.
2. 8+ years of progressive brand management experience within the FMCG/CPG industry.
3. Demonstrable experience managing a full brand P&L, including budget governance and pricing strategy.
4. Proven track record of leading the end-to-end innovation cycle for New Product Developments (NPDs).
5. Extensive experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital).
6. Strong leadership skills in managing creative, media, and digital agency partners.
7. Proficiency in leveraging brand analytics and consumer insight tools (e.g., household panel data, Nielsen).
8. Solid understanding and application of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles.
Desirable
1. Specific brand management experience in the Frozen food category.
2. Hands-on experience in developing and implementing shopper and trade marketing strategies.
3. Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4. Professional proficiency in spoken and written Arabic.
